What you will do
- Lead and mentor a local consulting team, overseeing project delivery and professional development.
- Act as a key contributor in pre-sales, developing compelling proposals and presentations.
- Lead detailed scoping of complex data and technology consulting projects.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships, especially with Google, to drive client growth and innovation.
- Serve as a thought leader in data, analytics, and marketing technology.
- Oversee the ideation, development, and launch of innovative data-led products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior-level clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive experience in data, analytics, and marketing technology consulting.
- Deep expertise in data strategy, data architecture, audience segmentation, measurement, and activation.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad tech and martech platforms.
- Demonstrable experience with Google’s marketing and cloud platforms (GCP, GMP, Google Ads).
- Proven ability to drive pre-sales activities, including proposal development and deal closing.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a passion for mentoring.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or Statistics.
