What you will do

• Provide direct engineering support to customers for integrating and optimizing hirify.global’s audio amplifier solutions.
• Support the design and review of customer's PCB schematics and layouts.
• Conduct customer-application focused circuit analysis and data collection.
• Develop product collateral such as application notes, reference designs, and demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development, including IC Design, Systems, Validation, Test, and Software engineers.
• Lead technical trainings for customer and field teams.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of Applications or Systems Engineering experience supporting audio products.
• Experience with audio amplifiers and power electronics.
• Proven experience debugging customer system-level issues.
• Strong hands-on experience analyzing and evaluating audio products with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, Audio Precision analyzers, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with PCB schematic and layout design, including component selection.
• Demonstrated aptitude in understanding of various industry interface standards such as I2C, SPI, or I2S.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive standards (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO 11452, ISO 26262, ISO 7637, ISO 16750).
• Extensive experience debugging hardware and software issues.
• Proficient in writing MATLAB and Python scripts.
• Understand audio signal processing algorithms and techniques.
