What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and build a full-stack engineering team responsible for IGA connectors.
• Drive the expansion of IGA solutions to large enterprise scale.
• Oversee the development of out-of-the-box and custom connectors for SaaS and on-premise applications.
• Leverage no-code, low-code, and AI-based vibe-coding to enhance connector development.
• Take a major role in reinventing Identity Security and Identity Governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Python, Go, Node, Ruby, Java, or C#.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) and deep understanding of SaaS concepts.
• Strong enthusiasm for code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance.
• Ability to self-learn and hands-on understanding of complex functional and technical aspects.
• Comfortable with agile development lifecycle, including architecture, design, testing, automation, production-care, and customer feedback.
• Innovator with out-of-the-box thinking.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Typescript, and MongoDB.
• Experience in enterprise-scale application development in a cloud/SaaS environment.
• Proactive nature, striving for constant improvement, and keen sense of ownership.
• Solid understanding of software security and networking aspects.
