What you will do

• Drive adoption of hirify.global products as a primary engineering consultant for customers and FAEs.
• Lead in-depth circuit analysis, data collection, and hardware debug to solve complex system-level integration challenges.
• Execute technical reviews of customer PCB schematics and layouts for optimal performance.
• Lead the Applications role in defining and releasing new devices and creating enablement assets.
• Design and schematic capture of internal and external customer development boards.
• Communicate and collaborate with silicon, firmware, and Product Marketing teams to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of hands-on experience in the acoustic/semiconductor industry, specifically with amplifiers, codecs, or related mixed-signal audio technology.
• Proven experience with printed circuit board (PCB) schematic capture and layout design.
• Demonstrated understanding of industry interface standards (SoundWire, I2S, TDM, I2C/SPI).
• Strong experience analyzing and evaluating audio products with professional lab equipment (oscilloscopes, Audio Precision analyzers).
• Proven track record of debugging complex customer system-level hardware, software, and firmware integration issues.
• Exceptional ability to clearly communicate complex technical challenges to customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites and conferences.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Direct experience with the requirements and ecosystem of the PC market.
• Understanding of audio signal processing algorithms and techniques.
• Experience utilizing audio analysis software, MATLAB, Python, and/or Excel for complex mathematical analysis.
