What you will do

• Manage a prioritized queue of IPM accounts needing technical consultations.
• Provide technical account reviews for Account Management to assess partner technical health.
• Build detailed action plans for partners, coordinating issue resolution and providing technical training.
• Collect and analyze partner feedback on product improvements and processes to increase revenue.
• Present technical trend findings to internal teams for procedural or tool improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in project plans to support connectivity, channel, and partnership teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation Project Management, or Client Services.
• Proficiency in English, and either French, Italian, or Spanish.
• Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce.com, issue-tracking software (JIRA, Rally, etc.), Splunk, and XML.
• Experience working with internal teams, including Product, Development, Product Marketing, Account Management, Connectivity, or Sales.
• History of meeting targets, reporting on metrics, and adjusting performance to improve results.
• Ability to be a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
