Location: This role requires 3 days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Barcelona.

What you will do
- Lead customer retention and engagement in Central and Eastern Europe, developing strong customer relationships and maximizing their journey with hirify.global.
- Build relationships with clients, educate them, and carry out engagement and commercial activities in a consultative manner.
- Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by understanding clients’ needs, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption.
Requirements
- Experienced in the field. You have three or more years of proven CSM or sales experience.
- You’ve worked with a CRM like Salesforce and have a disciplined approach to approaching and engaging partners by leveraging metrics of user behaviour and engagement.
- You take the time to establish relationships, understand your client's goals, and ensure a seamless adoption and grow their scope by selling solutions that work for them.
- You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate technical details about hirify.global products.
- You are able to handle a high volume of clients.
- You have a strong grasp on the sport whether through playing, coaching, or prior work experience.
Nice to have
- You understand hirify.global's solutions and can effectively communicate their value to your clients.
- You have handled numerous projects in this niche, data-focused market and come with a robust network.
- You’re at least professionally proficient in English, German and preferably a language in Eastern Europe.
- A degree is preferred.
