What you will do

• Take a technical leadership role in collaborating with internal design experts and EDA vendors to determine the trade-offs in licensing vs partnering vs internal development of EDA tools.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to improve design speed, accuracy, and performance of advanced mixed-signal designs.
• Develop scalable methodologies to improve the productivity of analog and mixed-signal designers.

Requirements

• MS + 8 years of experience or PhD + 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CMOS mixed-signal design and circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Cadence tools, Synopsys tools).
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++, MATLAB) with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience in AI-driven optimization techniques applied to EDA workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in reinforcement learning, neural networks, or generative AI models for CMOS mixed-signal circuit design.
• Knowledge and experience with EDA tool development, algorithm optimization, or CAD automation.
