What you will do

• Develop and deliver game-changing features, making a meaningful impact on customers.
• Take ownership of the whole user experience to support coaches and athletes.
• Propose solutions to ambiguous technical problems and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Design, Scrum) to deliver full-stack web features.
• Build integrations to seamlessly connect the hirify.global platform with tools teams already use.

Requirements

• Several years of commercial experience building across most or all levels of full-stack web applications, from client-side code to the database.
• Comfortable with ambiguous work that has many possible implementation options.
• Curious and able to pick up new technologies and domains on the job.
• Strong communicator, able to convey technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must live within commuting distance of the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, React, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Knowledge of Java, Kotlin, CSS, HTML, UWP, JSF, or Spring Boot.
• Experience with automation testing and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization, deployment, and infrastructure as code technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
