What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate innovative, integrated marketing platforms and activations.
• Lead internal brainstorms and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams from conception to execution.
• Execute and manage integrated branded content for multiple platforms from concept to delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and clients, demonstrating ambitious creative concepts.
• Steward the creative integrity of projects and champion design excellence for the brand and partners.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of talented Designers and Art Directors.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a creative studio, developing innovative experiential concepts across digital and physical platforms.
• Demonstrated creative and design excellence with a proven track record in branding, campaigns, and experiential activations at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, After Effects, and/or 3D software).
• Articulate and charismatic speaker who can lead discussions.
• Objective listening skills and reliable decision-making capabilities.
• Strategic and agile thinker with the ability to generate a larger sustainable holistic vision.
