Senior Scrum Master (Product Management): Coaching and empowering Agile teams to build products that solve real problems for users, with an accent on outcome-driven decisions and efficiency. Focus on removing impediments, navigating risks, and guiding teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Location: Open to remote candidates in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin or Dallas, but preference to hire someone who lives near offices in Lincoln, Omaha or Lexington.
Salary: $81,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Assist teams by utilizing knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks to coach and empower them, while being flexible with changing needs.
- Drive outcome-focused decisions by coaching teams with empathy and expertise, guiding them toward outcome-driven decisions that help achieve company goals.
- Create and prioritize efficiency by navigating risks and dependencies, anticipate and mitigate technical collisions, remove impediments, and adjust plans as needed to support seamless delivery.
- Mentor and develop other Scrum Masters, leading and contributing to initiatives that further practice across the company.
- Be part of a team supported by other Scrum Masters, with a work environment centered on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement.
Requirements
- An experienced coach with expertise in Agile frameworks who has helped teams and organizations maximize their performance.
- An Agile advocate who embraces, practices and openly communicates the benefits of Agile values and processes.
- A trusted partner who makes each team better by building strong relationships steeped in trust.
- A strong communicator who can engage and align with stakeholders at all levels, clearly express trade-offs, and generate an understanding of solutions that are best for everyone.
- A champion of continuous delivery and quality who guides Agile teams to deliver high-quality, working software frequently.
- Customer-oriented, knowing that making users’ lives easier is the number one priority.
Nice to have
- Understanding the benefits of multiple product development frameworks—such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.—as well as their unique value and how they can complement each other to drive effective outcomes.
- Familiarity with hybrid teams, especially if you’ve worked with hybrid or remote teams before.
