What you will do

• Manage a team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that meet defined scope and standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align development activities with product priorities.
• Mentor and support the team to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
• Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and high-quality design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience leading software teams in a product-oriented environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in at least one of the following: Go, Ruby, Java, or Python.
• Solid experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead team members with varying levels of expertise.
