Senior Scrum Master

TL;DR

Senior Scrum Master: Coaching and empowering product development teams to build products that solve real problems, with an accent on driving outcome-focused decisions and creating efficiency. Focus on mitigating technical collisions, removing impediments, and developing other Scrum Masters.

Location: Candidates are preferred near offices in Lincoln, Omaha, or Lexington, but remote candidates in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin, or Dallas are also welcome.

Salary: $81,000 – $135,000 USD

• Assist and coach your teams using Agile frameworks to empower them and adapt to changing needs.

• Mentor and develop other Scrum Masters, contributing to company-wide practice initiatives.
