What you will do

• Collaborate with customer architects and finance teams to design comprehensive Oracle integration solutions.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle R12 and Fusion Finance modules, specifically mastering the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain high-performance SQL and PL/SQL solutions, including customizations, reports, and interfaces.
• Execute and oversee Oracle Middleware integrations to ensure robust data flows between Oracle systems and hirify.global’s platform.
• Lead technical architecture design and implementation for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes from diverse source systems.
• Actively contribute to the strategic effort of securing and maintaining product placement on the Oracle Partner Network (OPN).

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive hands-on experience in Oracle Techno Functional roles.
• Mandatory Fusion Finance implementation experience across GL, AP, and PO modules.
• Proven implementation experience on OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including complex orchestration design.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 P2P and Expense modules.
• Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and PL/SQL development and tuning.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end project delivery with solution design and delivery leadership.
