What you will do

• Design and build presentation decks, pitch materials, sales collateral, case studies, data visualization, infographics, and brand documents.
• Translate complex ideas, strategies, and data into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Partner with creative, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support business and creative initiatives.
• Develop and maintain brand-aligned design systems, templates, and style guides.
• Create refined layouts, typography, and graphic elements to elevate clarity and usability.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Sphere’s brand standards and are production-ready.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in presentation and brand design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Strong command of typography, layout, visual systems, and data visualization principles.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design, brand systems, and visual storytelling.
• Requires occasional travel and non-conventional work hours.
