What you will do

• Assist in creating visual materials, mockups, and presentations for strategic and creative concepts.
• Support brand research efforts and gather visual and cultural insights.
• Help maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, and file organization.
• Schedule internal check-ins and support team alignment for client deadlines.
• Support project kickoffs and client calls by assembling materials, taking notes, and applying feedback.
• Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including calendar coordination and expense reports.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years professional experience in entertainment, in-house brand marketing, or agencies in a design or creative role (internships included).
• Graphic Design degree with a portfolio that shows clear design perspective and presentation layout skills.
• Working knowledge of Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for great design and effective visual communication and print/digital layouts.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in leveraging AI for design / image prompting.
