TL;DR

Designer (Graphic/UI/UX): Crafting engaging social media assets, animations, and visual content for diverse platforms with an accent on pixel-perfect details, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. Focus on developing creative solutions, collaborating with senior staff, and maintaining high design standards in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in office. Must reside in one of the following US office locations: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually

What you will do

• Understand project requirements and concepts across various mediums (responsive design, motion design, social assets).
• Use various techniques to create drafts, storyboards, and wireframes.
• Produce final design solutions for all media, including logos, social assets, interfaces, websites, app designs, and presentations.
• Offer input into creative brainstorms and share ideas during team meetings.
• Work with ACD and Art Directors to receive and apply feedback.
• Provide feedback to junior team members to help improve their work and deliverables.
• Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
• Learn new skills to support specialized tasks and the evolving digital media landscape.

Requirements

• Hybrid role, 2 days/week in office; must reside in US office locations: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami.
• 3+ years experience with industry design tools.
• Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of visual elements including layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition.
• Skilled with Google Slides.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
