What you will do
- Understand project requirements and concepts across various mediums (responsive design, motion design, social assets).
- Use various techniques to create drafts, storyboards, and wireframes.
- Produce final design solutions for all media, including logos, social assets, interfaces, websites, app designs, and presentations.
- Offer input into creative brainstorms and share ideas during team meetings.
- Work with ACD and Art Directors to receive and apply feedback.
- Provide feedback to junior team members to help improve their work and deliverables.
- Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
- Learn new skills to support specialized tasks and the evolving digital media landscape.
Requirements
- Hybrid role, 2 days/week in office; must reside in US office locations: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami.
- 3+ years experience with industry design tools.
- Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of visual elements including layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition.
- Skilled with Google Slides.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
