What you will do

• Lead and mentor a pod of narrative designers.
• Define narrative design standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Review narrative content for quality, consistency, and gameplay alignment.
• Build narrative structure of a game, outlining details of the game world, characters, and lore.
• Write and compose cut scenes and narrative sequences.
• Participate in the development and implementation of specific features, assets, and narrative/scripted events.

Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring narrative designers.
• 5+ years of narrative design or writing experience in the game industry, with prior lead or manager roles on AA or AAA games.
• Deep understanding of narrative design across multiple game genres.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of industry-standard design tools.
• English: Good written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in co-development or multi-project environments.
