What you will do

• Lead the implementation of SaaS solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Provide expert advice to clients on how the software addresses their business needs and challenges.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, providing feedback based on client interactions.
• Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or implementation role.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, software customization, and integration.
• Proven project management experience, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and software implementation best practices.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.

Nice to have

• Telecom experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms, IVR design, chatbot interactions, and automated testing of voice/digital channels.
