What you will do

• Lead the implementation of real-time embedded software for world-class products.
• Coach and mentor software engineers in the development of advanced ICs.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand and meet software requirements.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery meeting stringent quality metrics.
• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Follow and maintain state-of-the-art software development practices, including CI/CD.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• Excellent programming skills, preferably in C.
• Excellent knowledge of modern software development practices.
• In-depth technical understanding of architecting embedded software.
• Experience with processor architectures and efficient real-time implementation.
• Relevant Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree and 7 or more years of directly related experience in embedded software development.
• Candidates must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience leading significant IC projects deploying embedded software.
• Experience working in a global multi-site work environment.
• Experience with embedded real-time signal processing software implementation.
• Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing, including audio/non-audio applications.
• Experience deploying embedded software in a mixed-signal IC/SoC context.
