What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration between SAP and hirify.global Autonomous AP, including API connectivity, data mapping, and error resolution.
• Configure SAP modules (MM, FI, AP) to align with hirify.global functional requirements.
• Analyze current AP and procurement processes, providing insights into invoice processing, 3-way match, and vendor management.
• Create functional specifications for customizations and work with development teams on ABAP, IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing, validating end-to-end invoice processing scenarios.
• Support go-live planning, cutover, hypercare, and provide ongoing support and training to AP teams and business users.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of SAP techno-functional experience in FI/MM modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP invoice processing, GR/IR, vendor management, and AP configurations.
• Hands-on experience with IDocs, APIs, BAPIs, and middleware like PI/PO or CPI.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven or autonomous finance applications.
• Understanding of OCR, workflow automation, and exception management.
• Experience in agile implementation teams.
