What you will do

• Analyze and optimize existing system setups to ensure performance and reliability.
• Complete the setup of monitoring tools, configuring authorization, authentication, and access controls.
• Migrate existing monitoring checks to the new system (Check_mk) and integrate monitoring with new metrics.
• Set up and configure alarms, notifications, and alerts for proactive issue detection.
• Document usage guidelines for monitoring systems and assist in implementing standard procedures for service metrics and health checks.
• Configure and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and visualization of system health.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a SysOps/DevOps/SRE with production systems.
• Practical experience in setting up and maintaining monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix, Check_mk).
• Strong understanding of monitoring principles, metrics, alerting, and observability.
• Experience working with metrics and metric storage systems (VictoriaMetrics, scrapers).
• Ability to configure checks, health checks, and custom metrics for infrastructure and business requirements.
• Skills in configuring and maintaining dashboards for technical and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and understanding of system and network services.
• Experience writing technical documentation, standards, and procedures for monitoring.
• English level: Intermediate+.
