What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to successfully launch operations in Nigeria.
• Drive market share growth and identify new revenue streams relevant to the local market.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, potential partners, and industry experts.
• Oversee product localization and the implementation of features for the Nigerian market.
• Lead and manage a local team of professionals as operations develop.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and provide progress reports to the C-suite.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in capital markets, banking, and/or investments.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in new markets, specifically in Nigeria.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple launch initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing diverse professional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in Abuja, Nigeria.
