What you will do

• Lead the design and development of highly distributed, large-scale front-end applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build scalable applications.
• Serve as a front-end expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct hands-on development of proof of concepts and evaluate new technologies.
• Implement technical, strategic decisions in cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the professional development of the team and maintain coding standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience in building large scale web applications, with 3+ years in a Tech Lead role.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating high-performance, scalable front-end systems.
• Extensive experience with client-side technologies and modern frameworks (e.g., Javascript, Typescript, React).
• Experience mentoring and growing Senior and Staff engineers.
• Strong understanding of business impact and ability to redirect team based on business priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of physical architecture at scale, building resilience and highly available solutions.
• Strong experience in all aspects of client-side performance optimization.
• Proficiency in modern coding and design practices (Clean Code, SOLID principles, TDD).
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and their integration with front-end systems.
