Location: Hybrid (travel required), with office presence in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $485,000–$625,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Build foundational threat intelligence capabilities to provide near-real-time actionable intelligence.
• Develop and deploy novel tooling to analyze and process a wide range of indicators of compromise.
• Collaborate across the company to build comprehensive prevention, observability, and investigative capabilities.
• Own all aspects of threat intelligence strategy, driving capability scaling and function maturation.
• Produce strategic intelligence assessments for executive leadership on emerging threat actor campaigns.
• Lead threat modeling initiatives that translate intelligence into concrete security architecture recommendations.
• Build and maintain trusted external relationships with government agencies, ISACs, and peer companies.
• Partner with detection and response teams to operationalize intelligence into detection rules and incident response playbooks.

Requirements

• 15+ years building and maturing threat intelligence programs at large-scale companies.
• Expert-level understanding of threat actors, their techniques, and mitigative strategies.
• Experience operating in highly targeted environments, ideally with exposure to threats facing technology companies or critical infrastructure.
• Immense industry connections and partnerships with industry threat intelligence teams.
• Trusted advisor at the executive level with a track record of briefing C-suites and senior government officials.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain elite threat intelligence talent.
• Exceptional communicator capable of translating complex technical threats into actionable briefings and guidance.
• Hands-on technical depth, comfortable with malware analysis, network forensics, or log analysis when needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
