Salary: $130k OTE, which includes both base and variable pay

What you will do

• Lead web production for hirify.global.com from concept to launch, ensuring a consistent, high-performing, and visually stunning digital footprint.
• Manage the day-to-day of the Contentful CMS instance, maintaining content models, managing assets, and ensuring its structure scales with growth.
• Constantly analyze and improve web publishing processes to increase velocity without sacrificing quality.
• Create documentation, training materials, and governance guidelines to enable other marketing team members to utilize the CMS effectively and safely.
• Drive content governance by conducting regular content audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency across the site.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver on marketing initiatives with empathy and dedication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web production or digital content management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Expert-level proficiency with Contentful or similar enterprise-grade headless CMS.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot technical nuances.
• Strong understanding of web best practices, including SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and page performance (Core Web Vitals).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) to manage intake and sprints.
