hirify.global is a company seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join its team.

What you will do

  • Own and execute a territory and account-based business plan focused on net-new revenue.
  • Prospect into new and existing target accounts using outbound, social, and referral-led strategies.
  • Drive full-cycle sales execution from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and manage a healthy, accurate pipeline to support forecasting and revenue predictability.
  • Lead sales conversations, discovery calls, and solution demos with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Strategists to design custom, performance-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a quota-carrying B2B sales role.
  • Proven success in a hunter / new business acquisition role.
  • Background in demand generation, MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow your own book of business.
  • Strong prospecting skills across outbound, LinkedIn, email, and network-driven selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
