What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver novel machine learning techniques to solve diverse tasks in game development.
• Contribute to the authorship of team research papers, presenting at relevant conferences.
• Perform data analysis and cleaning to uncover insights and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning models in production environments.
• Present findings to stakeholders, communicating complex technical issues.
• Maintain a culture of innovation, curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years in machine learning with expertise in Imitation Learning, Reinforcement Learning or Representation Learning.
• Hands-on experience with foundation models at the intersection of language, vision, and action.
• Familiarity with transformer architectures, generative models and knowledge distillation techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to machine learning, including Python, NumPy and Pytorch.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer vision in areas such as Self-Supervised Learning (SSL), multimodal architectures, and post-training techniques is a plus.
• An interest in gaming and exploring the intersection of machine learning and game technology is desirable.
