What you will do
- Design and build scalable, robust APIs, libraries, and services to empower an API-first platform.
- Own functionality and scalability features from inception to deployment and customer integration.
- Expose and document functionality for UI, third-party developers, and internal/external tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring application performance and quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cryptography, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of proven experience in designing and implementing cryptographic solutions for enterprise-level back-end and/or server-side development.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols such as RSA, ECC, AES, and SHA.
- Strong experience with C, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and RESTful API design.
- Experience with microservices, service-oriented architectures, unit/functional testing, and debugging.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security best practices and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and FIPS.
- Experience working in cryptography, with a focus on TSS and MPC.
- Understanding of and experience working in cryptocurrencies and blockchain or the centralized financial industry.
