Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC or San Francisco, CA

What you will do

• Architect and build distributed systems to power frictionless partner sales.
• Enable partners to create custom offers with flexible pricing and terms.
• Build the engine for tiered licensing and feature-level entitlements.
• Design systems for hirify.global to handle billing, payments, and compliance end-to-end.
• Work across 4 dynamic scrum teams on a complex distributed system.
• Integrate systems across Digital & Emerging Technologies and Business Technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience (SMTS) or 8+ years (LMTS).
• Proficiency in Java.
• Solid understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database schema design.
• Experience in working and developing with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in automated testing using Java, JUnit, JSUnit, and Selenium.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A related technical degree.

Nice to have

• Experience building highly scalable web applications.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax.
• Working experience with multiple front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue, Ember, React).
