What you will do

• Lead a global team of software engineers, leveraging experience across backend and frontend technologies.
• Architect and develop full‑stack applications by integrating backend services with responsive frontend interfaces.
• Implement test‑driven development practices using frameworks like JUnit and maintain high standards using code quality tools like SonarQube.
• Work with globally located cross‑functional teams to build customer‑centric products.
• Integrate and manage queue systems like Kafka to enhance system efficiency.
• Apply analytical skills to make informed, creative, and commercially viable decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Java and SpringBoot for building robust applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, OOJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and NextJS.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB to develop robust data solutions.
• Experience with build systems such as Gradle, Maven, and Git‑CI/CD to streamline development workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservice architecture to build scalable applications.
• Proficiency in distributed systems and low‑latency services.
• Previous experience in financial services or fintech is a significant plus.
