What you will do

• Lead a global team of software engineers across backend and frontend technologies.
• Architect and develop full-stack applications, integrating backend services with responsive frontend interfaces.
• Utilize Java, SpringBoot, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, NextJS for robust application development.
• Apply expertise in SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and AWS cloud services (ECS, Lambda, Step Functions) for data and scalable solutions.
• Implement containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD (Gradle, Maven, Git), and security (Spring Security, OAuth).
• Drive test-driven development (JUnit) and maintain high code quality (SonarQube) in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience as a Full Stack Lead Engineer.
• Demonstrated expertise in Java, SpringBoot, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and NextJS.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, AWS (ECS, Lambda, Step Functions), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture, distributed systems, and low-latency services.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.

• Previous experience in financial services or fintech.
• Experience collaborating with UX professionals and visual designers.
• Experience with contemporary web animation and visualization libraries (e.g., HighCharts, D3).
