What you will do

• Design and implement analog/mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOS technology for system-on-chip products.
• Characterize and debug analog designs to ensure manufacturability.
• Support system and field applications engineers by answering technical questions.
• Collaborate in a group setting, sharing expertise and providing/receiving technical feedback.
• Meet deadlines and schedules as part of a team effort, communicating progress regularly.

Requirements

• Typically requires a BSEE with 5+ years of experience, or an MSEE with 3+ years, or a PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in transistor-level analog circuit design skills.
• Knowledge of CMOS device operating regions, characteristics, and common circuit topologies (1 GHz+).
• Understanding of analog circuit design trade-offs and parameters (e.g., noise, distortion, frequency response, stability).
• Knowledge of continuous-time & discrete-time signal processing, including analog filters, ADCs, DACs, and feedback control loops.
• Experience with transistor-level simulation tools, custom layout tools, and common lab equipment.
• Experience with system-level analog design, including behavioral modeling using Matlab or VerilogA.
