What you will do

• Oversee and manage development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with product timelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Science, Marketing/Coms, Design, Solutions) to align engineering operations with business objectives.
• Track project progress, timelines, and resources, assisting teams in implementing processes to smooth delivery.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering team efficiency and productivity.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on program status, risks, and issues.
• Identify potential risks and issues in the program lifecycle and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a relevant scientific field.
• Proven experience in managing technical programs, preferably within an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple complex programs smoothly.
• Thrive in cross-functional collaboration and adapt communication to various stakeholders.
• Highly organized, capable of managing cross-team dependencies, and comfortable actively contributing to architecture decisions.

• Experience as a Software Developer.
• Already worked in an AI company/project.
