What you will do

• Implement and integrate CUE Print software with various systems and tools.
• Upgrade customers’ CUE Print software, sometimes outside regular hours.
• Provide technical support and address ongoing adjustments and enhancements for existing customers.
• Lead workshops to educate customers on software best practices.
• Support sales activities with presentations of server architecture and provide project estimates.
• Contribute to workflow standardization and optimization within Professional Services.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar technical consulting positions.
• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Linux and/or other Unix-based operating systems.
• Experience with server administration, shell scripting, and system configuration in complex environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (firewalls, VPN, TCP/UDP, HTTPS) for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of production-critical systems, including stability, uptime, and incident response.
• Experience with Git, basic knowledge of Apache and Oracle databases.
• Fluent in professional English (C1+); German or French is a plus.
