What you will do

• Lead and grow the Enterprise AI team, managing engineering teams focused on core platform components.
• Ensure conversational AI systems across text and voice channels deliver high accuracy, low latency, and production reliability.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and customers to scope and deliver custom AI solutions.
• Define and execute a roadmap balancing custom enterprise AI solution delivery with building platform capabilities.
• Hire, mentor senior engineers, and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Contribute code to production systems and actively participate in architecture, design reviews, and critical technical decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience with hands-on technical leadership.
• Deep technical expertise building and scaling production AI systems, with a strong understanding of reliability, performance, and customer-facing deployments.
• Proven success delivering custom conversational AI agent solutions for customers and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams through complex challenges in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to align technical roadmaps with business outcomes.
• Experience with hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM deployment, AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph), agent evaluations, multi-turn agent orchestration, LLM observability/monitoring, fine-tuning, or building AI platforms.
