What you will do
- Lead the development of complex React Native features for trading platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Architect scalable cross-platform solutions to handle real-time financial data streams and high-frequency trading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and mobile/web development standards.
- Drive cross-platform innovation, implementing cutting-edge technologies in the fintech landscape.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery, from technical design through deployment, ensuring performance and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of React Native development experience delivering production mobile and/or web applications.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, Redux/Context API, and cross-platform development best practices.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and custom native modules.
- Solid understanding of React performance optimization, memory management, and efficient API integration.
- Experience with real-time data handling, WebSocket connections, and high-frequency data updates.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
- AI-positive mindset, seeing AI tools as amplifiers of engineering capability.
- Strong English-language communication skills and ability to work in globally distributed teams.
