What you will do

• Take ownership of critical infrastructure and platform areas, including architectural decisions and maintainability.
• Contribute to the design, build, and iteration of Internal Developer Platform (IDP) capabilities like self-service infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate closely with development teams for onboarding, enablement, and turning support needs into platform features.
• Lead operational improvements such as incident reviews, reliability initiatives, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews, technical discussions, and shared documentation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production, including cluster operations and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), including networking and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu) across multiple environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and deployment workflows.
• Solid grasp of platform reliability, including observability and incident response.
• Ability to navigate complex technical decisions and lead platform work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working language: English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with developer experience (DX) practices and internal developer platforms (IDP).
• Experience with tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD, Grafana, or other modern platform stacks.
• Exposure to platform security and governance (IAM, compliance, policy-as-code).
