What you will do

• Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content such as product videos, tutorials, and organic social media assets.
• Support the production of hirify.global Academy lessons, turning scripts and concepts into clear, well-paced, high-quality educational videos.
• Capture and edit screen recordings, B-roll, animations, and voiceovers to create engaging visuals.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and messaging.
• Refine lessons based on internal feedback, viewer insights, and industry best practices in online education.

Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus!).
• Strong skills in organizing Adobe libraries & cross-software assets.
• Ability to handle a camera for filming.
• Experience in producing videos as well as video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling.
• Passion for gaming, aviation or flight simulation (or willingness to learn!).
• Understanding of video trends on YouTube, TikTok & social media.
