Senior Account Representative (Technology Sales): Building and maintaining relationships with customers and managing existing accounts to drive revenue and profit within the IT sales channel with an accent on strategic planning, go-to-market growth initiatives, and product positioning. Location: Williamsville, NY, United States of America. This role is onsite and may involve travel up to 10%, which may include international travel. Benefits are available for U.S.-based employees.
Salary: USD $56,800.00 - $96,700.00 per year

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage assigned existing accounts to create strategic growth plans and initiatives.
- Generate revenue, drive profit, and advance market share by positioning and selling products, programs, and services.
- Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives with limited supervision.
- Coach and review the work of less experienced team members.
- Mentor and motivate team members to meet and exceed personal and team targets.
Requirements
- Minimum six years of previous sales/customer service experience (preferably in a related industry) or four years of technology or distribution sales/customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven selling skills to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility.
- Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Ability to design and execute strategic business plans with general supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug test and successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
