What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver scalable frontend features for hirify.global’s core observability products.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define user experiences, data flows, and APIs.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to long-term architectural decisions.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and accessibility of user-facing applications.
• Set and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Mentor other engineers and promote frontend engineering best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production-grade frontend applications at scale.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and browser fundamentals.
• Experience taking major features from concept to launch with minimal supervision.
• Effective communicator who can influence technical direction.
• Prioritize user experience and have an eye for UI quality and detail.
