What you will do
- Coordinate daily master data operations and ensure accurate, timely updates across planning systems.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, formatting, and normalization for high-quality master data.
- Assist in the preparation and management of scenario planning cycles.
- Maintain and update management information (MI), trackers, and dashboards.
- Ensure all data updates and changes follow established governance processes and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support workflow coordination and data requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in data management, program/project support, or PMO operations.
- Advanced Excel and data handling skills (5+ years) with large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with master data updates, validations, accuracy checks, and scenario data loads.
- Experience supporting project governance, resource tracking, risk/issue logs, or using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy (maintain ≥98% accuracy in updates and validations).

- Familiarity with master data governance, reporting, and scenario planning cycles.
- Exposure to supply chain, planning, or category operations.
- Experience preparing MI, KPIs, dashboards, or executive reporting.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success working in remote or distributed team settings.
