What you will do
- Lead multiple teams and managers, ensuring health, high performance, and alignment to service line priorities.
- Lead architecture and technical strategy for large Azure AI programs and portfolios.
- Define modernization blueprints and reference architectures across applications, platforms, and data.
- Translate business and product strategy into cloud architecture roadmaps and execution plans.
- Provide architectural oversight during delivery through design reviews, forums, and governance.
- Mentor Senior Architects, Delivery Architects, and senior engineers, helping them grow systems thinking and architectural judgment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience delivering solutions in application development, cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or data and analytics, including significant work at enterprise scale.
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading development or engineering teams.
- Proven ability to oversee delivery of complex, enterprise-scale AI/ML programs.
- Deep expertise across AI agents & orchestration, search & retrieval, LLM operations, Responsible AI, and Azure AI platforms.
- Experience with modern development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and relevant Azure or Databricks certifications.
- Must be based in the US and cannot be sponsored for work visas.
