What you will do

• Create designs for user interfaces including menus, illustrations, HUD, pop-ups, key visuals, and UI style guides.
• Develop UX for games, including prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly experiences.
• Create and implement optimized design assets with an understanding of player experience under tight deadlines.
• Support additional designs for game-specific branding.

Requirements

• Experience as a Visual Designer, UI Artist, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• An online portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo.
• Proficiency in composition, colors, layout, and typography.
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems, Style Guides, and Libraries.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and screen design tools like Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience working in game development, especially mobile titles.
• Knowledge of at least one game engine (e.g., Unity).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, illustration, and 3D asset creation.
