Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 USD (based on location)

What you will do

• Own and evolve hirify.global’s core People Systems, primarily focusing on Workday across functional and technical domains.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, driving configuration, integrations, and solution design while guiding team execution.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of full-time employees and contractors, fostering technical ownership and growth.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations across the People technology stack, with deep ownership of EIB-based integrations.
• Drive major initiatives like worker and vendor management system implementations and Workday enhancements.
• Collaborate with AI engineering partners to explore and shape AI-driven capabilities across HR systems, and maintain high standards for data quality, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive People Systems or HRIS experience, including 2+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong technical depth, including Core HCM.
• Proven experience building and supporting Workday integrations, with EIB experience required and Workday Studio preferred.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or Ashby.
• Strong project management and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies, with quick learning ability.
