TL;DR

Senior Manual Tester (QA Testing): Ensuring high-quality software delivery for financial sector systems with an accent on analyzing requirements, designing test cases, and managing defects. Focus on system and functional testing, PEGA application testing, and active collaboration within Scrum teams.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdańsk or Gdynia (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 500-700 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Ensure efficient and well-documented QA activities.
• Analyze requirements, design new test cases, and execute system and functional tests.
• Report, manage, verify, and track defects.
• Recommend appropriate actions based on test results and quality findings.
• Identify test cases suitable for automation after manual verification.
• Actively collaborate with the Scrum team to secure high quality of deliveries.

Requirements

• ISTQB certification required.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in QA, preferably in Agile teams.
• Strong experience in PEGA application testing.
• Proven ability to define, execute, and report tests for complex software systems.
• Experience in system testing of modern UI (Web and/or Mobile) and API testing using Postman and Swagger.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (qTest or similar) and practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• High attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
