What you will do

• Support the effectiveness, reliability, and scalability of core platforms and tools for the Creators business.
• Coordinate platform-related needs, assessing and translating requests into system improvements.
• Partner with Agents and Business Development to ensure workflows, tools, and data support deal flow and growth.
• Design, refine, and document workflows and automations for improved consistency and efficiency.
• Contribute to defining business requirements for future proprietary platform development.
• Evaluate emerging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, systems management, or technology enablement.
• Experience with SaaS platforms including CRM, project management, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with a balance of innovation and operational discipline.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
