Location: Hybrid setup, requiring 2 days remote and 3 days in-office weekly in Istanbul, Turkey or Sofia, Bulgaria. The Digital Nomad Program allows up to 20 days per year to work while traveling after the first year.

What you will do

• Manage and moderate online community and social media channels (X, Meta DMs, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) with a user-centric approach.
• Ensure all content aligns with community guidelines and hirify.global’s Tone of Voice.
• Resolve user concerns by addressing conflicts, negative comments, or inappropriate behaviour fairly.
• Leverage AI tools (Eva) to deliver time-efficient and accurate responses.
• Analyze outcomes from community interactions and provide data-backed insights for process improvements.
• Engage with community members to increase user retention by gathering and implementing insights into user behaviour and trends.

Requirements

• Proven skills in managing and moderating online communities and social media channels.
• Experience ensuring content adheres to brand tone and community standards.
• Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to fairly manage user concerns.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to utilise them for efficient community support and content moderation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A knack for connecting with and understanding community members.
