What you will do

• Design and build robust, scalable data pipelines processing terabytes of data.
• Actively contribute to shaping the technical roadmap and long-term architecture.
• Continuously deploy applications, improving efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Partner with Product and Program Management to deliver high-impact projects in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with multicultural, cross-functional R&D teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them grow and succeed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and evolving large-scale, complex systems.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (C#, Python, Scala, C++, Java) and SQL.
• Experience building data-intensive applications.
• Thrive in Agile environments and passionate about delivering high-quality code.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania for a hybrid work model.
