Infrastructure Architect

TL;DR

Infrastructure Architect (DevOps): Collaborating with IT and business teams to design innovative architecture solutions improving productivity and efficiency in financial markets management with an accent on data center architecture design and infrastructure automation. Focus on optimizing IT environment performance and capacity, ensuring system and architecture designs meet compatibility, security, and performance standards.

Location: Hybrid work (3 days per week in the Porto office)

What you will do

• Design and deliver innovative architecture solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and time-to-market.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance and capacity of IT environments.
• Contribute across the full IT delivery lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations.
• Participate in architectural discussions to define optimal solutions for applications and infrastructure.
• Ensure system and architecture designs meet compatibility, security, and performance standards.
• Automate manual and repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems and infrastructure components.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with IaaS production environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, etc.
• Experience with programming and scripting languages/frameworks: Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, React, SQL, Bash/Shell.
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
