What you will do

• Design flows, interactions, and interfaces for hirify.global’s editor and creation tools.
• Bring clarity and structure to open-ended problems through thoughtful UI.
• Define states, edge cases, and interaction behavior.
• Work closely with engineers and product owners to get details right.
• Explore, iterate, and document solutions in Figma, Notion, and Linear.
• Help evolve our design system.

Requirements

• ~3–4 years experience designing digital products.
• You’ve designed mobile consumer apps and care about how they feel to use.
• Strong visual design skills and a clear sense of taste.
• Solid UX fundamentals and the ability to think in systems.
• Comfortable working end-to-end in Figma.
• You collaborate well with engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative tools, editors, or content creation workflows.
• Interest in interaction design and tool-like interfaces.
• Familiarity with iOS patterns and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Curiosity and a desire to keep improving your craft.
