What you will do

• Drive the vision, quality, and execution of the design experience across multiple product areas.
• Lead the Product Design team and maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design.
• Define and evolve ways of working across discovery, delivery, and validation.
• Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and validation, helping to break down complex financial concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Ensure designs align with business goals and are measurably impactful.

Requirements

• Deep experience leading product design in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of UX design patterns and usability principles.
• Strong native mobile design expertise.
• Experience designing within regulatory and compliance constraints.
• Experience owning or scaling design systems.

Nice to have

• Fintech or financial services experience is a bonus.
